Trendi Tots Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping. No refunds will be given for delayed shipping once the item leaves our facility.
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer returns or refunds unless there was a error in your order on part of Trendi Tots Boutique or if the item was defective.
Exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis and only non-personalized items are eligible for exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of item to be exchanged, a 20% restocking fee, in addition to all expenses incurred to ship the new item back at our standard rates.
